Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner approached the Court, alleging willful disobedience of the directions that were passed by this Court in terms of order dated 22.12.2023. 2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent has drawn the attention of the Court to the reply filed and submitted that whatever happened, happened inadvertently and bonafidely and there was no intent of the respondent to disobey the Court order. He further submitted that without justifying his conduct the respondent has tendered unconditional apology, which be accepted. 3. In the light of the stand so taken by learned Senior Counsel, the unconditional apology offered by the respondent is accepted. These contempt proceedings are accordingly closed. Notice discharged.
