Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that at this stage he has not received any specific instructions, however, he further submitted that in case appeal is pending and still not decided, same will be decided in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection against the aforesaid submissions. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned respondent will decide the Departmental Appeal dated 7.6.2021 in accordance with law.
