This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 19.07.2025 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) District- Gautam Buddh Nagar in Civil Suit No. 666 of 2023 (Shashi Kumar Jha Vs. M/s Coronis Ajuba Solutions Pvt. Ltd.). 3. Against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
