When the matter came up before this Court on 07.11.2019, this Court had condoned the delay on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai, within a week. 3. Today (23.04.2025), when the matter is taken up for reporting compliance, it is submitted that the order of this Court dated 07.11.2019 has not been complied with. 4.
