Nos.7826, 7823, 7821 and 7819 of 2011, dated 14.11.2011. Challenging the said orders, the Government filed Writ Petition Nos.32957, 33016, 33143 and 33157 of 2012 and the same were allowed by the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad by orders dated 26.11.2012 against which the petitioners filed Review WPMP Nos.16071, 16074, 20819 and 20821 of 2012 and the said review petitions were allowed by orders dated 25.9.2018 and in consequence thereof the Writ Petitions filed by the Government were dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, the State carried the matters to the Hon’ble apex Court vide Special Leave Petition (C) Nos.7402 – 7405 of 2024, 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners while stating that the said SLPs came up for consideration before the Hon’ble Supreme Court along with SLP (C) No.13813 of 2018 and batch, submits that the same were dismissed by common judgment dated 23.7.2024. He submits that in view of the orders of the Hon’ble apex Court dismissing the SLPs filed in respect of the present petitioners, the orders of the Tribunal dated 14.10.2011 were confirmed. He further submits that taking all these aspects into account, the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.151, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (D) Department, dated 31.7.2025 according permission to the respondent No.2 to implement the orders with regard to retrospective regularization of services of NMRs/Daily wage workers etc., i.e., from the date of completion of five (5) years of their services, whose services were regularized as per G.O.Ms. No.212, Finance & Planning (FW.PC.III) Department, dated 22.4.1994 and to sanction allowances etc. He submits that in view of the said G.O., a copy 3 WP_5947_2025 of which is placed on record, no further adjudication is required in this matter. 3. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
