Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus for direction upon the respondent authority to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner under section 80 (1) of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (computerized application no.T802025025497) with regard to declare the land bearing gata no. 10680 measuring an area of 0.2430 hectare situated within village Nauner, Tehsil and District Mainpuri as abadi land within a short stipulated time period as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that claim of the petitioner is pending consideration which is registered as Computerized Application No.T802025025497 under section 80(1) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon authority concerned to decide claim registered as Computerized Application No.T802025025497 under section 80(1) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
