Sri Avinash Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Alok Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State. The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed to issue a direction to release the applicant in four cases on the basis of personal bond and two sureties, which are as follows: (i) Case Crime No. 57 of 2024, under Sections 457, 380, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Gagalheri, District Saharanpur. (ii) Case Crime No. 67 of 2024, under Sections 457, 380, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Gagalheri, District Saharanpur. (iii) Case Crime No. 107 of 2024, under Sections 457, 380, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Gagalheri, District Saharanpur. (iv) Case Crime No. 119 of 2024, under Sections 331(4), 305A, 317(2), 317(5), B.N.S. P.S. Gagalheri, District Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in all the cases the applicant has been granted bail. Applicant is a poor person and is unable to furnish sureties in all the cases. The applicant is languishing in jail since 2.10.2024 and his last bail application has been allowed on 22.11.2024. All the cases are implicated against the applicant at one stroke. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicant in all the four cases after furnishing personal Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Avinash Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Sandeep .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. .....Opposite Party(s) bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned, in the aforesaid cases.
