Perusal of the record reveals that during the pendency of this anticipatory bail application, the petitioner was admitted on provisional bail till 21.04.2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties vide order dated 16.01.2024. It is submitted that the petitioner consequent upon said order has submitted bail bond and was released on bail by the learned Trial Court. Perusal of the record also reveals that the said provisional bail granted to the petitioner has already been cancelled vide order dated 14.11.2024 by coordinate bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.2388 of 2023. Since, the petitioner was already admitted to provisional bail and the said bail has already been cancelled, this Court is of the considered view that there is no justifiable reason to give the privileges of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the bail granted to him has already been cancelled. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application being without any merit is dismissed. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.) Abhiraj/
