However, the petitioner was called to the police station by the 5th respondent and abused. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to direct respondent Nos. 5 and 9 not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following due process of law. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted an online complaint to the grievance cell of the 4th respondent, but no action has been taken so far. Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 shall take necessary steps as required under law if any complaint filed by the petitioner is pending. 4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
