Heard Sri Kailash Nath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Om Anand, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2/Collector/District Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur to correct the final map of plot no. 937, 141, 142, 144 146, 147 situated in Village Bhudkudaha, Pargana Anguli, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur, according to allotment in CH Form-23 and Pushtikrit map, after searching Basta Chakbandi. ii). Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. iii). Award the cost of petition to the petitioner." 3. This Court vide order dated 22.01.2025 directed the Collector to submit a report annexing therewith CH Form-23 and confirmed consolidation map relating to the plot in question. On 07.02.2025 a certified copy of the CH Form-23 and confirmed consolidation map of the village were produced before this Court. 4. The necessary report/instruction is already on record of the writ petition. 5. Sri Kailash Nath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner has obtained the certified copy of the CH Form-23 and that of confirmed consolidation map of the village from the authorities, as such no further cause of action survives in the matter. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no further order is required in the matter. 7. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
