Case No. 117 of 2024, corresponding to POCSO Case No.04 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 64/96 of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4/8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim, aged about 16 years. The consent for physical relationship with the minor victim is immaterial.
