This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I) A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding respondent especially respondent No.3 to decide the case No. 10697/2025 (Sanjeev Kharbanda and Other Vs State of U.P.) within a stipulated period as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that post remand, the proceedings under Section 80(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 3- Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Saharanpur, District Saharanpur to decide the case No. 10697/2025 (Sanjeev Kharbanda and Other Vs State of U.P.), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
