Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Rajesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no. 6. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the interim order dated 04.08.2025 (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition) by which the effect and operation of the order dated 08.03.2019 was stayed by respondent No.4." 4. It is contended that petitioner has purchased the land in question and his name was mutated in the revenue records after the order under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed. The private respondents have moved a restoration application in which an interim order has been passed on 4.8.2025 staying the implementation of earlier order of the year 2019. 5. Petitioner has a remedy of filing objections in the said restoration application and, in case, the said objections are filed Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dhananjay Rai, Satya Prakash Rai Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Ashok Kumar Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) by the petitioner within one week from today, the revenue authority shall consider the same and decide the restoration application by a reasoned and detailed order, in accordance with law, within a period of next three weeks from the date of receipt of objections alongwith certified copy of this order. 6.
