Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 2014 of 2024, S.T. No. 464 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 376, 379, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge-V, Giridih. 3. It is alleged that the victim had accompanied the petitioner on his motorcycle on the assurance of the petitioner that he will drop her home. Petitioner took her to his sister’s house, where she was confined and intermittently raped. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
