Bora, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the petitioner, seeking modification of the order dated 10.03.2025, passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 3243/2024. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the order dated 10.03.2025, passed in Bail Application No. 3243/2024, an inadvertent typographical mistake has crept in, in line No. 4 of paragraph No. 2 of the said order, where the Special NDPS Case No. has been mentioned as 115/2020, whereas, it ought to have been 115/2024. 4. As the aforesaid error appears to be an inadvertent typographical mistake, same needs to be rectified. 5. I have considered the records and it appears that the Special NDPS Case No. mentioned in line No. 4 of paragraph No. 2 of the said order should be read as 115/2024. Therefore, it is ordered that in order dated 10.03.2025, in Bail Application No. 3243/2024, the NDPS Case No. 115/2020 mentioned in line No. 4 of paragraph No. 2 shall be read as “Special NDPS Case No. 115/2024.” 6. This interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
