By the present writ petition, the petitioner by a limited prayer seeking 2 / 2 a direction towards the respondent authorities/ Collector, District Korea to decide the representation dated 24/12/2024 (Annexure P/1) submitted by the petitioner whereby he is seeking reexamination of the recovery proceeding initiated by respondent No.3. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said representation is still pending before the Collector and the same is not being decided till date. He further prays for a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation pending before him, in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State submits that if the representation is still pending before the concerned authority, the same shall be decided, in accordance with law, within the stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Looking to the grievance of the petitioner that the representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending before the respondent authorities, the Collector, District Korea is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 24/12/2024 (Annexure P/1) submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
