Heard Sri Dilip Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.M.Shukla, learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner is claiming arrears of salary from July, 2023 to June, 2025 as well as retiral benefits such as Gratuity, Leave Encashment and D.A. etc. 3. It appears that amount sought by the petitioner has to be paid from the accounts of District Collection Officer and other similarly situated employees are also facing same problem. 4. It is also brought on record that District Collection Fund has certain amount, therefore, claim of the petitioner and other similarly situated employees can be paid, however, it will be in accordance with the oldest to latest cases and only on a ground that petitioner has approached this Court could not march over the claims of other employees who are not before this Court. 5.
