The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner had filed a representation dated 08.07.2025, before the 1st respondent, wherein it was stated that the 2nd respondent, who is from Karnataka, is not eligible to participate in the tender process and accordingly, requests to disqualify the 2nd respondent. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st respondent will always consider the tender applications, in accordance with law, subject to the eligibility of the individuals. Further, he would contend that the petitioner herein is no way connected with the tender process. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27867 of 2025 __________ Page3 of 5 5. The petitioner made a representation dated 08.07.2025 before the 1st respondent, wherein it was stated that the 2nd respondent, who is from Karnataka, is not eligible to participate in the tender process and accordingly, requests to disqualify the 2nd respondent. 6. On the other hand, as rightly contended by the 1st respondent, it is for the 1st respondent to consider the tender application filed by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law and the petitioner is no way connected with the present issue. Hence, he has no locus standi to file the representation dated 08.07.2025. 7. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
