The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tisra P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri Rajiv Tripathi, learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for about three years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv Tripathi, learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Tisra P.S.
