WP No. 18110 of 2025 __________ Page3 of 5 Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct proper enquiry regarding the correctness of the Forms VII submitted by the petitioner on 07.04.2025 as well as by the respondents 13.03.2025 by affording opportunity to all parties. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the issue involved in this case was already agitated by the parties before the Civil Court and hence, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, he requests this Court to dismiss the present petition. 3.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue the civil suit, which was already filed, and agitate his rights in accordance with law. No cost.
