The petitioner is anxious to get the decision of respondent No.2/scrutiny committee in a proceeding for validation of his tribe certificate and is apprehending that it would make adverse effect on his employment inasmuch as the employer is insisting for the tribe certificate. 2. We dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent/scrutiny committee to decide the petitioner’s proposal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months. The petitioner shall not be terminated during that period. 4. The petitioner shall cooperate with the respondent/committee if it calls upon him for reconstruction of the proposal/file. 5.
