HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR, J. 1.The present petition has been filed praying for a direction to respondents No. 2 & 3 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 28.08.2025 for re- issuance of passport. 2. It is admitted by the petitioner that a criminal case is pending against him. 3. Ms. Anupama Parashar, Advocate appearing for the respondents has placed on record the instructions received from the respondents. According to it, at the time of verification of documents at Passport Seva Kendra, Varanasi on 25.08.2025, the petitioner was asked to submit supporting documents/court order relating to the old file. It is stated that as soon as the petitioner files relevant documents, his application would be processed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will seek no objection from the concerned court in terms of judgment of this Court in Writ-C No. 41540 of 2023 (Pawan Kumar Rajbhar vs. Union of India and 2 others) decided on 19.01.2024. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply for no objection from the concerned jurisdictional court and also supply relevant documents as was required from him by the respondents.
