In view of the order which is being proposed to be passed, notice is not being issued to the opposite party No. 2. 3. This application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by the applicant to direct the direct the learned court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division) FTC 2 District Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide the interim application under Section 23(2) of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 filed in Case No. 743 of 24 (Ankita Zutshi P.S. Sector 49 Norde Versus Yash Khanna) under Section 12 read with Section 18,19,20,21,22 within a time frame. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that despite the fact that the proceedings are pending but the same has not given a logical end. 5. Learned State Law Officer has submitted that the prayer which is being sought to be made in the present application is innocuous. 6. Considering the submission raised at bar, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to expedite the proceedings strictly in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments and, in case, any adjournment is granted then the same should be in exceptional circumstances in this regard, subject to legal impediment, if any.
