On the last date of hearing, after having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the following order was passed:- “Before proceeding further, let a report be called from the District & Sessions Judge, Bhiwani as to what orders are being awaited by the trial Court in Civil Suit No.65 of 2023, dated 12.01.2023, titled as Madan Lal Sharma v. Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and others, and whether there is any stay of proceedings. Adjourned to 09.09.2025.” 3. A report has been received from the District & Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, in which, it has been submitted that it had inadvertently been recorded by the trial Court while adjourning the case that orders from the Appellate Court were awaited whereas, no matter was pending before the Appellate Court.
