Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents No.1 and Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents No.2 & 3. 2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the show cause notice dated 19.08.2025 has been given by the respondent No.2 calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why the petitioner may not be black-listed and liquidated damages may not be imposed upon the petitioner. The petitioner has submitted reply to the show cause notice dated 19.08.2025 but the reply/objection of the petitioner against the show cause notice has not been considered by the respondent No.2. 3. In view of the aforesaid fact, we dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to file a detailed representation alongwith earlier representation before the respondent No.2- Superintending Engineer, UP Power Transmission Corporation Limited, UP, Lucknow against the show cause notice dated 19.08.2025 within a period of three weeks from today. On submitting such representation, the respondent No.2 shall conclude the proceeding against the petitioner in pursuance to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Nitin Chandra Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Pranjal Mehrotra M/S Sag Projects Private Limited And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) the show cause notice dated 19.08.2025 within a period of one month after giving due notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.
