Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Raj Bahadur Verma, learned AGA for the State. 2. The present application has been filed to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIth, Jaunpur, Allahabad to decide the Case No.66 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.272 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 323 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station - Mungra Badshahpur, District- Jaunpur, within a stipulated period. 3. Though, prayer is made to expedite the trial in a time bound manner but the Apex Court in the case of High Court Bar Association Allahabad Vs. State of U.P. and others in Criminal Appeal No.3589 of 2023 has observed that normally High Court should not direct the court below to conclude the trial in a time bound manner. This judgement was again reiterated by the Apex Court in the case of Sangram Sadashiv Suryavanshi vs. State of Maharastra reported in 2024 SCC OnLine SC 3526. 4. However, considering the fact that impugned proceeding has arising out of the offence against women, therefore, court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 5.
