Heard Mr. Jay Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for the respondent- Land Management Committee. 3. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the Court below i.e. respondent no.2 to decide the Revision No.3743 of 2022 (Kashif Saiyad Khan and others vs. Sub-Divisional Magistrate and others), under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before him within stipulated period." 4. This Court on 10.9.2025 directed the Registrar, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to submit a report to be made by the Member concerned to this Court. 5. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.9.2025, report dated 18.9.2025 is placed before the Court, which is taken on record. 6.
