The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) Issue an Order or Direction to Learned Court Below/Additional Civil Judge Court No.13 Allahabad to decide the Case O.S. No. 1910 of 2019 [Lallu Prasad Versus Sanjay Kumar & Others] filed by the Petitioner regarding Property Dispute and getting Permanent Injunction for Restraining the Defendants Respondent not to do Illegal Possession on the Disputed Land in Question which is still pending as Expeditiously within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court as deem fit and proper, during the pendency of the Present Misc. Petition." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2019 and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. From perusal of the order sheet, annexed as Annexure No. 2 to the petition, it appears that several dates have been fixed by the Court concerned, however, till date, the aforesaid suit has not been decided. 5. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Additional Civil Judge Court No.13 Allahabad, to decide the aforesaid suit, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Lakshman Prasad Ojha, Praveen Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : Lallu Prasad Pandey .....Petitioner(s) Sanjay Kumar And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) hearing all the concerned parties and giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
