(2) Learned State counsel has no objection to the acceptance of the afore alternate prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. (3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record, we find that the decision on the unnecessarily delayed by the State which is also against the spirit behind Section 12 of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022. (Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he restricts prayer to the issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to finally dispose of the application presented before the Authorities, District Jail, Rohtak, Haryana through dispatch No.2887 for grant of parole to the petitioner, as the same has bee for the last four months. Learned State counsel has no objection to the acceptance of the afore alternate prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the ind that the decision on the application unnecessarily delayed by the State which is also against the spirit behind Section 12 of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022. In the light of the above, we dispose of the instant petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to take a final decision on the 2025 for the grant of parole, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
