The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 22/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned J.M.F.C., Godda. 3. On 26.01.2025 at about 10:30 P.M., Mahagama police apprehended this petitioner from village Shital. On search, a loaded country made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned J.M.F.C., Godda or his successor in connection with Mahagama P.S.
