Vide order dated 26.03.2025, CWP-7359-2025 was disposed of on a statement given by learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 therein that the application for issuance of passport moved by the petitioner would be considered and finally decided by the passport authorities within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel representing the respondent submits that passport has already been issued and dispatched to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the same, the petitioner does not wish to press the instant contempt petition.

That being so, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, at this stage.

The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule stands discharged.
