The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) Issue appropriate directions to the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mathura, to ensure compliance with the judgment and decree dated 04.01.2013 passed in Original Suit No. 658 of 2008, titled Hari Sawariya @ Hari Babu vs. Sri Vaibhav Yadav and Others, and to facilitate delivery of possession of the house in question to the petitioner in accordance with the said judgment and decree expeditiously within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. In fact, this petition has been filed for execution of decree passed in favour of the petitioner. No such relief can be granted to the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to get the decree executed, if the same can be executed. September 12, 2025 S.
