Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 08.08.2025 of Case Crime No. 279 of 2025 under sections 190, 191(2), 191 (3), 352, 351(3), 3(5), 109(1), B.N.S. 2023, Police Station Junawai, District Sambhal against the petitioners. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in Case Crime No. 279 of 2025 under sections 190, 191(2), 191 (3), 352, 351(3), 3(5), 109(1), B.N.S. 2023, Police Station Junawai, District Sambhal." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
