Petitioner has not challenged the order of transfer and has prayed only that his prayer for transfer from Etah to any nearby district of Ghazipur be considered. It is not under dispute that petitioner is facing a disciplinary proceeding. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of that since petitioner has already joined at transferred place at Etah, his representation be considered in accordance with law. Meanwhile, respondents will expedite the disciplinary proceeding and with cooperation of petitioner it may be concluded within three months.
