On the basis of said notice, he submits that after investigation, challane report has been submitted against the petitioner on 20.01.2022 and thereafter, the proceedings has been finally decided against the petitioner-Betal Singh Negi and he has been expelled from the District Pauri Garthwal for six months. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. 5.
