(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.107 dated 16.08.2024 under Sections 118/115(2)/191(3)/190 of BNS (Section 118(2) of BNS was added later on) registered at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur. Vide order dated 18.12.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI, Kamaldeep, has stated that petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for Parveen Kumar 2025.04.02 17:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-48894-2024 -2- further investigation.
