SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus seeking direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as per instructions dated 07.03.1996 (Annexure P-7) and notification dated 01.10.2003 (Annexure P-8) from the date of his initial appointment when his juniors were regularized and release all the consequential benefits together with interest.
Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the judgments passed by a Division Bench of this Court in the following cases: Radhey Sham, Mali v. Haryana State Electronic Development Corporation Ltd., CWP No. 8128 of 2000, decided on 03.04.2003; Surender Singh and Others v. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State, who assures the Court that the case of the petitioner will be considered afresh in the light of above-said judgments and a speaking order would be passed within four weeks and a copy of which will be furnished to the petitioner within one week thereafter. In the light of above, the petition is disposed off, in the aforesaid terms.
