The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 61, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other co- accused persons named in the F.I.R. brutally assaulted the deceased with lathi and danda, due to which, he died. Petitioner was arrested on spot. 4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
