The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 111, 317(2), 317(5) and 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 66, 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act. 3. As per the case of the prosecution, on suspicion a raid was conducted by the informant, who is sub-inspector of Cyber Police Station Nawada, where during the raid several electronic gadgets, i.e., a mobile phone, ATM card, Aadhar Card, and passbooks of different banks, were said to be

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that from perusal of the seizure list, it will transpire that from the possession of this petitioner, one mobile, six passbooks, one Aadhar, one Pan card, and Rs. 800/- were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner of committing any cyber fraud. It has further been submitted that on the petitioner’s disclosure, the raid was made at the house of Akhilesh Singh, and from his possession, various electronic gadgets and other articles, such as a mobile phone, ATM card, etc., were recovered. It has also been submitted that Akhilesh Singh has been granted bail by the learned co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 10.11.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 74906 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on better footing.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 16.07.2025. 5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Nawada in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S.
