The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 317(4), 317(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Seraikella. On 17.12.2024, Kuchai police apprehended this petitioner while he was travelling on stolen motorcycle. It was submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
