The applicant has filed an application seeking withdrawal of deposited amount along with accrued interest therein in the office of this Court by Shirdi Sansthan, in Writ Petition No. 1704 of 2009. This Court had directed, the amount to be deposited towards compensation. 3. The applicants relied on the order passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s) 28596-28597/2017, dated 25.07.2018. 2025:BHC-AUG:6558 ..2.. 27-ca-2578-25 4. The learned Advocate further relied upon the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 1213 of 2025 and Civil Application No. 635 of 2025, dated 16.01.2025 in Writ Petition No. 1704 of 2009. 5. In view of the same, the application stands allowed. 6. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court of Rs. 15 Lakhs as per their entitlement along with accrued interest.
