This application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.530 of 2017, under section 420, P.S. Sungadhi, District Pilibhit. 2. At the outset, Sri Shashank Shekhar Pandey, learned AGA submits that after issuance of summons the applicant failed to appear before the court concerned. Consequently, non bailable warrant was issued and thereafter process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued. The present application is liable to be dismissed on this ground alone. 3. At this stage, Ms. Neetu Singh, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the concerned court and apply for regular bail. 4.
