The petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Martiganj, District Azamgarh to restrain the private respondents from interfering in the right of the petitioner to cultivate his fields and also restrain them from interfering in the construction of boundary-wall by the petitioner. 2. There appears to be a dispute relating to the demarcation. For the said purpose, the petitioner can avail the remedy provided under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, as such, we decline to issue any direction for deciding the representation on the administrative side. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to apply for demarcation as provided under law or avail such other remedies as may be advised. September 16, 2025 A.
