1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to release deficiency in disbursement of amount as per order dated 28.04.2017 (Annexure P-1) as the respodents have not awarded the interest to the petitioner.
2. On advance notice, Mr. Surya Kumar, AAG, Punjab has appeared on behalf of official respondents and submits that the petitioner had already submitted a representation (Annexure P-7) to the official respondents and now the representation submitted by the petitioner has been rejected on 23.09.2025 by respondent No.1 by passing a detailed and speaking order.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 23.09.2025, passed by respondent No.1.
4. Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
