Case No. 269 of 2024, for the offence registered under sections 21(b), and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Hazaribag. 3. On 28.10.2024, Barkagaon police apprehended co-accused persons from Rana Mohalla, Barkagaon and on search 5.41 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of apprehended co-accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused namely Munna Kumar Soni, Rajendra Kumar and Birju Vishwakarma have been granted bail earlier. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Hazaribag in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
