The limited prayer today of the review petitioners is only for consideration of the manner and quantum of payment to the respondent No. 1, pursuant to the judgment and order dated 13-06-2022, passed in WP(C). No. 478 of 2019. 2. Mr. P.Yobin, learned counsel for the review petitioners submits that the prayer has been made due to the dire financial situation that the school find themselves in and they are able to offer only an amount of ₹ 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) only to the respondent No. 1, that too, the payment to be staggered over two years in instalments. 2025:MLHC:512 3 3. Mr. K.S.Kharshiing, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, to this submission by the learned counsel for the review petitioners, submits that actually the respondent No. 1 was entitled to ₹ 8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs) only, but in consideration of the financial condition has agreed to accept ₹ 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) only. He further submits that the period of two years is too long inspite of the concession given by the respondent No. 1 and the orders of this Court. 4. This Court on hearing the parties also notes that the review application is time barred by 799 days for which a condonation application being MC (Review. Petn.) No. 10 of 2024 has been filed. 5. In consideration of the prayer made by the review petitioners and the circumstances surrounding the same, the delay is condoned and the review application is also disposed of with the direction that the review petitioners shall pay the respondent No. 1, Smti. Multisha Kharlor an amount of 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) only, preferably within a period of 18(eighteen) months in equal instalments from today. 6.
