Sahu, learned counsel for respondent No. 8 and Mr. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr. PCCG for respondent No. 9. [2] MC(WP(C) No. 803 of 2025 filed by NHIDCL for deleting respondent No. 8 is allowed. Respondent No. 8 is deleted from the memo of parties in the main writ petition. [3] Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent, submit that writ petition may be disposed of at in terms of the order dated 02.02.2026 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 69 of 2026. [4] In the present case also, writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents, especially DC/CALA, Kamjong District and Ukhrul District to consider the prayer for re-survey in terms of the representation dated 03.11.2025 submitted in WP(C) No. 69 of 2026 and before passing final order by giving opportunity of being heard to the affected persons.
