The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 12 of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. On 01.01.2025, Koderma Police raided the house of the co- accused Sahil Ahmad and seized 100 kgs. of bovine flesh from there. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the co-accused Sahil Ahmad @ Md. Sahil Ahmad has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 1751/2025. 5. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Koderma P.S.
