This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent bank to settle the loan account in the manner as allegedly agreed between the parties. 3. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the action of the respondent bank, his remedy lies before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
