1. The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:-
I. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 3 to forthwith release lands under Khewat No. 3, Khata No. 48, specifically Plot No. 295 (measuring 0.74 acres) and Plot No. 535 (measuring 1.81 acres) and other plots situated at village Chandali, Gumla Anchal, Gumla, recorded in the name of Munda Oraon (ancestor of Petitioner), from the prohibited/ restricted list unlawfully entered into National Generic Document Registration System (hereinafter referred to as NDGRS) in view of application dated 13.03.2025 (received on 17.03.2025) (Annexure 4).
II. For direction upon Respondent No. 4 to carry out necessary corrections in Online Register II and accept outstanding rent, from the Petitioners followed with issuance of Rent Receipt thereof in view of application dated 04.03.2025 (Annexure-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer with regard to the prohibited list only.
3. The description of land is as follows:-
“Khewat No. 3, Khata No. 48, specifically Plot No. 295 (measuring 0.74 acres) and Plot No. 535 (measuring 1.81 acres) and other plots situated at village Chandali, Gumla Anchal, Gumla”

virus by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.05.2025, passed in W.P.(C) No.5088 of 2018 and analogous cases.
5. In view of the order dated 01.05.2025 of the Division Bench of this Court, the impugned list of prohibited land as contained in Annexure-4 of the present writ petition is, hereby, quashed, so far as the writ petitioner is concerned.
6. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority for his remedy and the authority is supposed to proceed in accordance with law.
7. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition stands
